Initial Sounds offers two license types for its digital instrumental tracks ("Beats"):
Commercial License: Grants full rights for commercial use, including tag-free audio files.
Non-Commercial License: Provided free via website downloads or YouTube content; includes producer tags and restricts monetization.
Your purchase receipt (containing download links) serves as proof of a Commercial License. Free downloads constitute a Non-Commercial License.
2.Permitted Uses – Commercial License
With a valid Commercial License, you may:
Use the Beat in any media production, including but not limited to YouTube videos, television, films, advertisements, podcasts, and artist recordings (e.g., rapping, singing, or other vocal performances).
Distribute and stream the Beat (with added original content) on any platform, including Spotify, Apple Music, and similar services, with no limit on streams or revenue.
Reuse the same Beat across multiple projects, provided it is not uploaded as a standalone track (i.e., the Beat must serve as background music and not the primary content).
3.Prohibited Actions (All Licenses)
The following actions are strictly prohibited, regardless of license type:
Uploading the Beat as a standalone track (without significant original content).
Claiming ownership or authorship of the Beat.
Filing disputes, copyright claims, or strikes against third parties using the same Beat under a valid license.
Removing or editing out the producer tag on Non-Commercial License tracks.
Monetizing Non-Commercial License tracks on streaming platforms or YouTube without upgrading to a Commercial License. For non-monetized YouTube uploads using a Non-Commercial License, you must credit: "Prod. InitialSounds" in the video description.
4.Digital Product & Refund Policy
All Beats are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase or free download. No refunds are available except in cases of download failure.

Email info@initialsounds.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Upon verification, InitialSounds will either resend the files or issue a refund at its discretion.
5.General Terms
Licenses are non-transferable and non-exclusive.
InitialSounds retains full ownership of the Beat’s master recording and composition.
Violation of these terms may result in license revocation and legal action.
6.Sample Clearance Disclaimer
All Initial Sounds Beats are 100% royalty-free and do not require sample clearance for commercial use. Any third-party samples used in our Beats have been fully cleared and licensed for unlimited distribution.
In rare cases where a Beat contains a sample that requires clearance for major label or sync placements, we will explicitly notify you before purchase by labeling the product as "Sample Clearance Required".
7.Warranty Disclaimer
Beats are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
8. Cover Artwork & User-Uploaded Images
All cover images, thumbnails, and visual artwork displayed with the Beats on initial sounds.com, YouTube, Instagram, and all other Initial Sounds platforms are uploaded and submitted by users or third parties. Initial Sounds does not own, create, or verify the copyright status of these images and assumes no responsibility or liability for any copyright infringement related to user-uploaded artwork. If you are the rightful copyright owner and believe an image has been uploaded without permission, please send a takedown request to info@initialsounds.com including: Proof of ownership Exact link or location of the image We will remove the image immediately upon receipt of a valid request.
